In this assignment, you'll be learning how to put together an audio recording using Adobe Audition software. In the process you'll be creating three sweepers for NKEC Radio: Radio for students, by students.

Duration: 4 days

Group Size: 1-2 people (if 2 people, make 4 sweepers and 1 ad for a local business or non profit)

For this assignment, you are expected to complete the following things:

• Watch through the videos and follow along to help you understand how Adobe Audition works.

• Create a recording of 2 NKEC Radio Sweepers and your local business/charity advertisement.

• Add effects similar in the video to your waveform audio to get the desired effect.

• Import your recording into a multi-track recording session

• Add in the following elements:

  • An intro and outro sound effect/song clip.

  • A background audio track that plays underneath your recording. (*optional)

• Export your final clip as an mp3, upload to Google Drive for handing in.

• Once that is done, you'll repeat the process two more times. (Plus if you are not solo, you'll also make an advertisement for a local non profit or business)

To turn in this assignment you will go to the Google Classroom and find this assignment. You'll need to submit a file and you'll need to find and upload all of your mp3 files from the projects you created.
